Change of venue for PS Winter Break 2026
Hello Fabulous Flamingo Flock,
We’re flapping in with a flock of fresh updates as we flutter toward our January festivities!
A Fresh-Perched NEW VENUE for 2026
The Pavilion is getting a facelift and won’t be finished in time for our festivities. So we’re simply flying down to the other end of Sunrise Park! Palm Springs Winter Break 2026 will now flourish AT THE MIZELL CENTER (480 S Sunrise Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262). In a perfectly pink twist, the Mizell Center is the very nonprofit that has sponsored and benefitted from our line dance event for 30 flamingo-filled years—so this move feels like a full-circle feathered homecoming.
Fancy Floors, but No Tables
The Mizell Center has just finished fabulous renovations—complete with fresh flooring fit for dancing feet. Since the space is smaller than the Pavilion, we WILL NOT have tables this year, which means our fan-favorite flamingo table decorating contest will take a festive little furlough until we return to the Pavilion in future years.
A Feather-Friendly Layout
Fear not—there will be chairs spread throughout our two ballrooms (yes, two!), in the connecting concourse, and on the patio perches outside. A fun, flamingo-pink site map is coming soon so you can familiarize yourself before fluttering in. And for our fiercely focused flamingo puzzlers—your tradition continues! We plan to still have two jigsaw puzzle stations set up so you can fit those fabulous little pieces together just like in years past.

Our flock is officially full! If you know fellow flamingos who’d like to join, they can email PSWBevent@gmail.com to land on the wait list.
If you won’t be using your pass, please reach out to us and we’ll connect you with someone on the list. (Friendly reminder: PS Winter Break does not do refunds, and we do not handle money transactions for pass transfers—our process simply facilitates connecting fabulous folks looking to transfer a pass with those needing a pass.)
