Hey there, Fabulous Flamingo Family!
The PS Winter Break weekend is just around the corner, and we’re calling on our flamingo friends to help keep things flowing flawlessly. Whether you’ve volunteered before or this is your first time stepping up, your time and energy are the secret sauce that makes our event soar to new heights!
Here are some fun and flexible volunteer opportunities:
Registration Table (volunteers start Thursday 5:15 PM, runs throughout weekend)
Door Monitors (starts Thursday 7 PM, runs throughout weekend; we need more door monitors than ever before due to the new venue)
Set-up and Decorations (Wednesday evening / Thursday daytime, exact times TBD)
Tear-down and Clean-up (Sunday afternoon, done by 5 PM)
If you’re ready to fluff your feathers and help, your Volunteer Coordinator Peggy Hall would love to know:
When you’ll be arriving and departing the event.
Your preference for working mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
Where you’d like to volunteer (which task).
With enough volunteers, shifts will be short and sweet (about 1.5–2 hours), so you’ll still have plenty of time to dance, laugh, and soak up the pink magic!
Email Peggy with your details, and she’ll start building a schedule that works for everyone.
