Registering online or with a credit card adds a $6 processing fee (the base price for this pass is $115. With the processing fee, it is $121).

I voluntarily agree to participate in the Palm Springs Winter Break (PSWB) program sponsored by Mizell Center from January 16 to January 19, 2025.

By submitting this registration, I hereby state that I understand the risks involved in participating in PSWB and willingly and voluntarily accept these risks. By submitting this registration, I hereby surrender any right to seek reimbursement from the Mizell Center, PSWB, and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers and other agents for injury sustained and liability incurred during my participation in the activity described above. By submitting this registration, I warrant that I am not relying on any oral representations, statements or inducement apart from the statements made on this site.

The registered participant recognizes that the Mizell Center and PSWB has not undertaken any duty or responsibility for his or her safety and the undersigned participant agrees to assume the full responsibility for all risk of bodily injury, death, disability, and property damage as a result of participating in PSWB. The registered participant recognizes that these risks include:  injuries, including without limitation physical and/or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability, death or economic loss, and other known and unknown and unforeseeable and unanticipated risks. These injuries may result from actions, inactions, recklessness, or negligence by the undersigned or others at PSWB, or result from the condition of the facilities and location for PSWB.

I hereby authorize the reproductions, sale, copyright, exhibition, broadcast, and/or distribution of any event media without limits.
I understand I am personally responsible for all copyright/music laws associated with this event. 

I understand and acknowledge that NO REFUNDS will be issued unless the 2025 event is canceled. If I cannot attend the 2025 event, I understand and acknowledge I may only request to transfer my event pass to another person for PSWB 2025. 

I certify that I am at least 18 years old. 

By submitting this registration, the party confirms that he/she has read, understands, and consents to the terms of this waiver agreement.
