Please note no refunds will be issued unless the 2023 event is canceled. If you purchase a pass and cannot attend the 2023 event, you may only request to transfer your event pass to another person or to the next held Palm Springs Winter Break. If the 2023 event is canceled, everyone registered will receive refunds (minus processing fees).
